An Ecosystem Initiative for Sector-Level Transformation

InCoBAN is an ecosystem initiative that strengthens construction and infrastructure by mainstreaming workforce, building competencies, and improving delivery maturity through structured collaboration between industry, academia, CSR, and government.

It is anchored in the belief that national assets can only be built sustainably when the construction sector itself is respected, competent, and collaborative.

The ecosystem is stewarded by Skopos India Foundation and implemented through Synergasia Be-Nex Pvt. Ltd.
