InCoBAN partnered with BIAL to enhance construction quality adopting to ,the Singapore BCA’s CONQUAS system the Project Quality Assessment System (PQAS). This initiative aimed to improve project delivery standards and set a new benchmark for construction quality in the aviation sector.
